That proposed constitution is crazy Left. Just look at all of the Leftist buzzwords in it.
More bothersome for the LatAm region, Cuba will soon have a referendum on homosexual marriage that will very easily pass.
Hard to believe that the Cuban Communists went from putting homosexuals in camps all the way to being behind this.
That's why I just shake my head at the people in the US - especially the conservatives - who keep saying we need a convention of states to revisit the constitution. If it ever happens, there is a <1% chance it will actually be an improvement and a >99% chance it will just end up adding in a bunch of lefty "compromises"
the bitter truth is that the establishment right-wing conservatives are fully zionist-controlled. They work to simply prevent actual conservatives from ever achieving anything.
If you ever wonder in frustration why the right is so ineffective, that's most of the reason why. Of course, the other issue is 70yr+ old boomers who are essentially retarded.
Ah yes, Cuba, the country that I'm told stands firm against American aggression and cultural imperialism. Not so much, apparently.
