This is where Biden makes explicit that he's signaling on behalf of the uniparty, too. He's saying: "Only pre-authorized dissenting opinions allowed." If you truly dissent, he will sic the FBI on you. Not that anyone believes there are any off-limits tools for the uniparty to retain power.
