Exactly. It infuriates me when I see people push this narrative and the interviewer never pushes back. They never bring up that men on average work more hours or that men on average do more dangerous work that requires hazard pay
And they sure as shit won't bring up the fact that young women are making more on average than young men. Not to mention that women are probably being paid more for the same job title and given priority on promotions- even if men are the ones picking up the slack.
