Yeah, he was the guy who told the troons to fuck off. He was some kind of Korean royalty or something like that, I honestly don't remember.

Sorry I'm not providing any sources, but go to Kiwifarms, to the Community Watch section, and check out the Open-Source Software thread, and then move back until you find it. The thread is pretty slow so it should only be a couple of pages back.
