The two questions here are who sexually abused his kids and what has that got to do with him being fired?
He apparently asked for time off to deal with someone abusing his kids, and they said "lol, no" then fired him when he didn't show up because he was dealing with his kids.
Which, if true, is going to play really poorly in front of a jury if he sues.
Let's hope he does. He's not going to be a problem anymore, so I'd rather that he soak one of these parasitic corporations for some millions.
