The fucking moment some rando just decides to breach someone else's property, that rando has already proven they don't give a shit about the other person's life.

The moment they started shit, they accepted the possibility of humanity being cleansed of them.

My legal knowledge might be a bit off, that is not quite true. And thus you will end up in a court of law in multiple nations of europe.
