Unfortunately the no pesticides part you mention only works on small scale and doesn't work on larger scale. Automation helps but it is a higher cost alternative while gmos are low cost.
For instance you can't have a massive corn plantation on very hilly regions, tractors would struggle to harvest it. So no, not all land is optimal for farming.
Plenty of land is perfect for food production but mismanagement squandered it. Zimbabwe was a breadbasket until they either forced off or killed the white farmers. Lots of other land is perfect for cultivation but political issues stop financing so a lot of land is left barren.
Hell just look at the current state of California to see how you have land perfect for food production ruined by political policies
Tell me how a combine can harvest something here.

You're missing the point I'm saying we have a lot of land perfect for being used for food production, enough to feed our current population but it is being mismanaged or because of politics stopped from getting the necessary tools to be cultivated
That's something GMO can't fix
No we don't, land that can not be used for harvesting, and is not on a hill can only be used for animal farming.
Plus not everyone can afford tractors, combines and more. What you are suggesting will exponentially increase the prices of food. If you think the current inflation is bad, wait until you abandon GMOs. That nice pack of cornstarch or soy product, or cotton? Will be so high you will think twice if you can buy it or not.
You are missing the point here, GMOs are healthy, better for the environment, for the soil, and for the economy.
You produce FAR less on organic than with GMOs. One of the reasons why is because you waste a lot of it due to growth issues due to pests or just downright wasted because pests ate it. So, those bushels per acre on GMOs will decrease quite a bit on organic.
