You obviously don't know that Miranda v. Arizona didn't change, confer, enshrine, or enumerate any new rights. There's not even an explicit warning, contrary to what police procedural dramas would have you believe, and it doesn't bar police from lying to someone in custody about the evidence against them.
Of course it doesn't, all it did was force the police to give you a piece of paper with your rights on them and have you sign that you acknowledge them before questioning.
I called you a retard for thinking that a case that forced the government to respect your 5th amendment rights is bad law.
It's not designed to entrap. Most of the complexity exist to ensure fundamental rights and fairness. Although I will readily admit that the law is too piecemeal in some areas
