There's a LOT OF myths floating around about America here. People actually unironically assert that in America it's a principle of law that you are guilty until you're found innocent.
Actually, that's not a bad thing, because I can use bias against America to turn people against wokeism. I just point out that it comes from America. The most effective argument.

Sadly in very liberal areas dealing with perceived right wing defendants like Rittenhouse or the McCloskeys, it does indeed seem to be the case. But if you're black in those same areas, you can just do whatever you want and even if you get arrested, they just let you right back out on the street.

The thing is, the propaganda here will have you believe the exact opposite. That Rittenhouse was acquitted because he was 'white'. By the way, the article which said that, claimed that the "judge" had acquitted him. So either they're lying, or they know nothing of the Murican system, or both!
