In this age of individualism, where people have been persuaded that they can be whatever they want to be, biology is too much for people to stomach. They hate you for telling the truth.
I will say this though. The cause for those privileges having ceased, the effects should also cease. If women aren't going to have kids, but instead going to act like men, those should lose the privileges. Sort of like French nobles losing their noble status if they engaged in commerce.
Just not wanting to have kids doesn't fix 300,000 years of evolution. Women have been bred and evolved to be weaker physically because they have been sidelined all this time to protect the child bearing capabilities of the species.
You can't change that with 2 generations. Men and Women are biologically different. That is rooted in one of the sex being the child bearing sex.

This is sort of the entire point of traditional marriage. Women who bear children get special status (Mrs) and physical protection beyond the law.
It all comes back to the destruction of the family which we can, quite accurately, blame on feminism.
