good

more states need to pass "unconstitutional" laws until the whole doctrine of incorporated amendments is negated

there is a tiny advantage on the supreme court now, state legislatures need to press it as hard as possible

Are you fucking retarded?

You're talking about the case that invented gun control. Cruickshank v. United States which declared that the 1st and 2nd Amendment didn't apply to the states.

"No, I'm sorry, you don't have due process rights. This is Colorado."

You really think that's a good idea, do you? You actually think that allowing states to disregard the basic tenets of liberty: like the right to protest, the right to dissent, the right to assemble in groups larger than 3, the right practice your religion, the right to jury trial, the right to due process, the right to defend yourself, should simply be revoked so that no state will tolerate human freedom as each state aligns with once censorious zealotry or another.

What am I saying, of course you do. You're stupid enough to think you'll be in charge and the cops won't kick your door in and shoot you in the head for "engaging in counter-revolutionary, anti-social, terrorism" by having posted here. Can't wait to see how confused you would be in your own future when Minnesota declares the official state religion to be Sunni Islam. "How could this have happened?"

Giving Leftists every possible keystone position of power to subvert, infiltrate, and kill you with is exactly how you get yourself into a mass grave.

The left can't build anything because all they do is seize power and squander it until they've killed everyone. Trying to feed into that by giving them ground to make mass graves, and then giving them an avenue of attack into your own system is not a solution, it's a guaranteed loss.

If you give a Leftist a keystone position of power, they will wear a skinsuit to get into that position of power and use it against you.

There are already laws against speech the government doesn't like. It called the "civil rights act".

from title 7:

It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer, labor organization, employment agency, or joint labor-management committee controlling apprenticeship or other training or retraining, including on-the-job training programs, to print or publish or cause to be printed or published any notice or advertisement relating to employment by such an employer or membership in or any classification or referral for employment by such a labor organization, or relating to any classification or referral for employment by such an employment agency, or relating to admission to, or employment in, any program established to provide apprenticeship or other training by such a joint labor-management committee, indicating any preference, limitation, specification, or discrimination, based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin

If that is "constitutional" why wouldn't a ban on abortion sites be?
