An AI is as unbiased as the engineer who makes it wants it to be
CyberUkraine 2030 is as real and grounded as Medvedev's promise of making a Nanotech Russia back in 2009.
Unlikely for it to happen but not impossible. US is dumping money in to Ukraine and I assume they want it back. My guess, a lot of contracts to rebuild Ukraine after things cool off. How they rebuild is up for debate but I can see globalists doing their usual "do not let a good crisis go to waste".
But first they need to push Russia back, stabilize the region and then talk about doing something for years until finally start rebuilding. By then the globalists would have solidified their power or have been defeated, either way Ukraine should be of little consequence.
Well, yes, the video is an advertisement, not an accurate depiction of what it's going to be like. For example, they mention registering cars in 2030. Ain't noone doing that, with AI you don't need to leave your bug pod except to board the bus to go to work. The "startups" they keep talking will all be completely in state control, and the "best cyberdefense in the world" will be used to hunt down dissidents, not to protect against any external threats.
