The King's direct vassals that have an agreement for such things with the King.
President's have a much larger effect on people than feudal Lords. You can only conceive of the power of a modern state concentrated in the hands of one person, which just is absurd, instead of a large series agreements.
Obviously not, I've been laying out basic Hoppe.
And who exactly is inside of all those uniforms, and holding all those weapons that the vassals are raising???
This is like the "car accident" of Waukesha. Who was in the vehicle?
WHY DID I HAVE THE BOWL, BART?
This is how I know you literally don't understand anything about Feudalism. If I'm a peasant I'm literally living on the Lord's fucking land, and am required to farm for him and meet his quotas! Lords, Barons, and Kings had more control over the economy than governments do in modern times, specifically because of this arrangement, and because all business was conducted through a guild system.
Capitalism was an innovation that removed these structures and allowed for less government intervention. When you live on someone else's land to farm for them, and have pledged the lives of your grandchildren to that same guy, saying that he doesn't have an effect on you is beyond asinine.
