The rink was definitely not open for 3 weeks prior.

The municipal rinks were still under lockdown.

He has such slimy brass balls that he continued to play daytime hockey in the closed lockdown municipal rink with his pals even AFTER being caught on camera the first time.

The Rebel News reporter, David Menzies, only got arrested after catching Brown the second time in the act. Except the second time, Brown had a police detail guarding him in the parking lot.
