It's an MP4 video showing multiple instances of officials including Rochelle Walensky and Joseph Biden (as well as random faggots like Maddow and Bill Gates) saying that the vaccine provides complete immunization, with quotes like "If you get the vaccine you will not get [the virus]." They did say that, multiple times, on video. The link is proof.
