Don't count on it. That would make the competition for the 10% of men absolutely crazy. One of the hypotheses for why the black community is such a mess regarding single parents, is that because there are so many blacks in jail, there is tons of competition for black men - and women are in a very weak negotiating position to make demands like commitment or condom use.
