I used to hate mayo. I realized there is a difference between the unholy glop that fast food places use and a little bit of nice mayo on a sandwich or a mayo based sauce. Also, it sounds weird, but Ethan Cheblowski recommends using it in lieu of oil to marinate chicken and its actually very good.
ANY mayo on a sandwich is too much mayo.
