Nah, big nah. A roast beef sandwich is so much better when the beef is hugged by mayo, peppered all over. Just wait til you discover what a little bit of thousand island or ranch can do for a sandwich. Mwah.

Nothing against your dressed-salad-on-sandwich idea, but I do disagree that what makes it good is turning the vegetable components into a slaw.
