I am a Zionist, and I support bans on all forms of genital mutilation for anyone under 18. That doesn't it's in the Constitution. That's as bad as making up the right to abortion in Roe.

It doesn't. It would be a very bad law to legalize it, but there is nothing in the C that prohibits it.
