I'm not sure I agree it has anything to do with the scandals.

Every stock bar oil majors has been beaten down all year.

Microsoft : 320 -> 250

Apple : 170 -> 140

Berkshire Hathaway : 320 -> 269

JP Morgan Chase : 170 -> 113
