Another method is relying on police or the media to reliably report "white" as an ethnicity for perps, while refusing to report "black",

Check out any news source's headlines with "black man" and "white man". You would think that black men are either victims or heroes. White men are almost always perpetrators.

If you wondered why normies think that blacks are victimized by whites, that is the reason.
