Shamelessly stolen from KIA. Most demands are standard contractor wet dreams, but this also sticks out:

anti-harassment policies and grievance procedure (“staff should never be required to work on materials that make them uncomfortable.”)

^ Keep in mind that those 'uncomfortable' works are why the company is popular.

And these localizers are extremely deserving of their demands, as you can see from over 1 year ago in related thread:

Lol i came back to this cause i just saw someone on youtube say that Seven Seas have been infamously bad with their translations for a while and are very agenda driven. . Makes sense that they are full of commies
