Thankfully Steam has a system in place that prevents review bombs from counting in the game's review score.

Does that actually work or is that one of those systems that conveniently ignores vote manipulation when the ~~right~~ left kind of people do it?

From what I see it does work. Theres tons of cases were fragile Chinese egos review bombed games and the system kicks in.
