It’s kinda like how 6.6 billion dollars of Elon’s money could end world hunger but 40 billion dollars of tax payer money just won’t cut it.
I'm guessing the organization follows various prostitution websites, scrapes the data, and runs that through their photo matching system.
Also phone facial scan tech.
They're a non-profit, and not law enforcement or a government agency.
