I didn’t read that far into it. Geez. No it will not make sense. You know I honestly feel bad for a female or minority actor/director/author who sincerely wants to make good stories. I’ve reached the point where I am very wary of anything with a female or minority lead where before I would give it a chance. Denzel Washington being the rare exception. But I honestly thought they saw the damage they did to Dr Who and we’re gonna try to fix it. I guess not. This is just stupid.
That’s true. I’ve heard about white male authors who have trouble telling a story because publisher demands certain boxes to be checked. So there are constraints on all storytelling now. But the push to have trans actors is a little absurd. If the role is for a woman then I want to see a woman. And they couldn’t do anything better than race swapping a beloved character in Rose?

Rose is human. She can’t regenerate. The “Ten clone” who stayed with her was sort of human, too, no?
And there wasn’t another Rose living in the alternate universe, was there?? Like, wasn’t that literally a plot point..??
