We are well past the point where facts are relevant. The only path forward is to develop the ability to convince people based on emotion. Anyone susceptible to facts and reasoned arguments has already been persuaded.
But so many young people are swayed by faulty emotional arguments. Granted trying to sound like Friedman or Sowell to someone who drones on and on about whitecprivilege or whatever trendy outrage is possible is pretty futile
Just try to counter the narrative with facts like that. Like with blm supporters I simply tell them to turn their attention to Chicago

Correct. People are ruled by their emotions. Understand that and alter your tactics accordingly.
