But can you address the fact that cluster munitions are either Very Good or Very Bad depending on whether a rival or puppet of the West is using them? Certainly quite curious. It's almost as if these alleged claims about supposed principles that the West has (except for castrating kids) are all lies, and the West is an evil empire.
