See my other comment ITT. Mutants have a means that dead mutants can be reborn in new bodies and there isn't a mutant law stopping the rebirth being in another body.
So trans mutants wouldn't exist because they literally can change the body.

Yes, there's a mutant called Masque that has the power to reshape flesh like a plastic surgeon would except it's entirely biological. So that's another option that exists alongside the resurrection protocols which means trans mutants wouldn't exist because they would get the body they claim to want so much.
