This will have major consequences on the operation of the Supreme Court in the future. Someone's life should get fucked, hard, for the violation of trust the Justices put with each other and their respective staff members. And if it was a Justice? Crazy to think about and the possibilities are too numerous to list right now.
Its probably one of the clerks from one of the liberal justices. I've spoken to former clerks on both sides of the political spectrum and none of them ever share the internal workings of the court. This is an unprecedented breach of trust.
If it is a clerk, I would expect them to be disbarred. Tho that might not matter if they can use their newfound notoriety to earn a gig with MSNBC or some other left wing publication.
