If this newly created Ministry of Propaganda and Censorship (DGB) does anything to act on its illegitimate authority, it will be hauled before the court and forced to dissolve for gross violation of the First Amendment.

Why have there been no legal challenges to its formation? Are all Rs RINOs now?
