Yea I was just about to write about that.

Half an hour old, low-quality content, a sketchy redirect, new user and unknown site and barely any comments for that many upvotes.

This smells like Astroturf.

Even astroturf is more subtle than this. This is straight up spam and I bet the link is some kind of virus or IP harvesting doxxer tool.
