The best case I've seen so far is that it produces 3-4 months of partial protection. Though possibly at the cost of making you even more susceptible to the virus after that point. Maybe it was better against the original strain (which the vaxx is still based on), but that doesn't mean much since that strain hasn't existed for two years.
That assumes the vaxx is effective which I've seen no evidence for.
