Bus them back over the border and force the regime to do something about it. Hell, go so far as deploying the state national guard to do it. That requires balls though, which Republicans don't have.
I agree, Republicans have no balls. The thing is, deporting them is a federal issue. It must be forced through the courts or congress, or it risks setting up another civil war. Which is what the dems want.
