That's absolutely not true, it's just that the white people that do, you don't consider to be "politically" white. Most European countries that are solidly white are also heavily Leftist, because white people invented Leftism. It originates from France and Germany, from Rousseau and Hagel, and they emerge when each of those places was (what we would consider) nearly monoracial or monoethic, even if they didn't see it that way. Alternatively, most ethnic and racial groups don't care to form ethnic or racial solidarity movements because that is a Leftist invention.
Do you hear yourself? These statements don't even make sense.
Asian ethno-nationalism? There's so many sub-groups with thier own ethnic tensions, that the concept shouldn't even be applied to "asians". The same can certainly be said for latinos and blacks, it's just that American blacks have been accepting communist racial narratives since WEB DuBouis. Muslim ethno-nationalism, that's not even possible. Muslims don't even have a race. Muslims aren't concerned with ethnic issues, those are subordinate to religious interpretation.
you're BSing the wrong guy here... you've never been to asia or even looked up stats on nationalism in asia... less than 4% of japanese people speak english, and less than 1% of people in japan are not of 50%+ japanese descent. this is because japan does not allow dual citizenship, and if you want to keep your japanese citizenship when you're half japanese, you have to start the process in your 20s or you lose it forever. korea, singapore, and many other asian countries play the same game. go live in japan for a couple years and come back and tell us all there's no ethno-nationalism.
and nothing you said debunks the greater point... that leftism is so fucking delusional today that it completely depends on extreme censorship of simple facts to keep the overton window far left.
He didn't say no ethno-nationalism in Asia. He said no Asian ethno-nationalism. As in Chinese, Koreans, Japanese, and Malay all united under Asian Pride.
both of you are deflecting with a weak ass copout. the main point is leftism can't survive without heavy censorship. the point on ethno-nationalism was just an example of where white people can't talk about ethno-nationalism despite it being EXTREMELY common in every non-white culture... another point which neither of you have refuted.
stop deflecting.
I'm not deflecting nor do I disagree with your other point. I was simply explaining how I interpreted Dom's words and that I assumed you misunderstood. I have no opinion in this discussion.
It's what you said.
