No surprise. What does really irritate me is the crying about the “tough questions”. Kavanaugh had to go through some lady coming out of nowhere with accusations and Clarence Thomas as well. The asked Barrett is she denounced white supremacy (nothing to do with hearing of course).
I remember I got into a debate with a white leftist during the summer of love and told him he treats black ppl like infants. I’m tired of this coddling. If you can’t handle scrutiny then you shouldn’t be a judge. That we should clap like a seal simply because someone is black is beyond absurd.
As for that person I debated I asked him if he was so concerned about black lives why didn’t he care about the kids getting gunned down in the inner city or if he was so concerned about police brutality there are plenty of cases against whites he could’ve protested against. He got pissed when I told him he is just doing what is trendy. Sorry for the tangent but I’m so sick of the “how dare you hold black people to any standard” mentality that we see everywhere
I listened to Bill Maher interview with Ben Shapiro and Bill was so offended on how they treated Ketanji Brown and Ben barely said anything on that. I so hated that part of the interview.
After how they treated Clarence Thomas and Kavanaugh, are they kidding me?
Even Barrett was asked if she committed a sexual assault, the Christian mother of 7 kids and I should feel piety because Ketanji Brown was asked what a woman is or why was she so lenient on child pornography?
Well yes, naturally. Far more is expected from white men. It's our burden. Everyone knows we built everything and we have working brains. The children: not so much.

It's been termed the Straightforward Bigotry of No Expectations
