Pedos, I'm sure. On one hand, she's a funny character. On the other hand, she was definitely intended to be a sexualized minor with mental issues. If you have a dark sense of humor, her part of BL2 can be enjoyable to laugh at. But to actually elevate her or idolize her and not in an ironic joke sort of way ... that's some pedo shit.

She's actually one of the most annoying characters in BL2 to me. I don't know how she got more content.
