They have a massive dividend disbursement every quarter that is a pure cash give away, they keep changing who is in charge of any division (even though the titles stay the same), their theme parks, which, 3 years ago when Bob Iger was stepping down, was noted as the ONLY profitable division, is now a dead duck, they do not finance in house anything, it is always borrowed money from banks/hedgefunds/billionaires.
