Francis Collins is truly a psychopath.

I knew we were dealing with psychopaths in the public health bureaucracy but even I am a tiny bit surprised at how awful this guy really is.

They're all a bunch of psychopaths. Politicians, academics, entertainers, and they suck everyone and everything else up in their madness.
