It's always rule 16.

That's the worst rule and should immediately be removed.

All it accomplishes is corralling of speech and removal of long-time users.

Or at least apply it neutrally.

Ban all the people who whine about the "nAzIs" here along with so called "da Joos" guys. Because as of right now it only exists to keep the Stormfront types, and Imp, out.
