This is one of those cases where if it’s not explicitly illegal, it’s legal. That’s why it’s so important that Texas wins.
What explicit definition of child pornography does Cuties fit into? Honest question. I find what little of it I've seen and heard described distasteful, but AFAIK no one is naked, so what's pornography?
Lewd or sexual acts, with a minor.

So which minors and which adult actors engaged in what acts?
Their lawyers and the Netflix employees pushing for this still deserve a short rope and a long drop.
