Well, there's a reason the allies foolishly did not oppose it - or the invasion of the Rhineland.

Basically, that they voted to join, and the rest of the world said "hell no".
And that the election was stacked with nazi symps/it was rigged.
I'm not saying that's what it was, I'm saying that's how the history I read was written. I'm well aware that there's often a huge difference.
He's right. Pretty hard not to see Germany as justified after the punitive treaty of versailles dismantled austria-hungry and left tons of germans stuck in a hostile country they didn't want to be in. Good job Woodrow Wilson.
