You misunderstand, they don't just want it removed they want it replaced with something far worse.

Instead of President's day we'll end up with 'George Floyd Remembrance Day' or 'Native American Honors Day.'

It isn't about doing what is right, it is about replacing anything vaguely American with woke nonsense.
