There were never any others. The whole Bolshevik thing was just a split between them and the Mensheviks (and the SRs) in the leftist revolutionary movement in the Russian Empire, very specific to the time and place. We in Poland had the Polish-Bolshevik War in 1918-21 but already in 1939 it was a new war now with the Soviets.
