Seems it's very hit and miss there. I was sick for a day after, others for two, and still others not sick at all.
Wait scratch that, wasn't sick at all with the first round of shots early last year. Then I was sick for a day when I got my one (and only) bOoStEr. Other relatives got no side effects, except for one whose arm was sore for a few weeks after.
Shot 1, very sore arm for ~2 days. Shot 2, nothing. Shot 3, nothing.
My dad got very sick (flu-like or covid-like) for 4-5 days after both shot 2 and 3. He will not be getting anymore.
The counter argument is that if you got that sick from the vax, you are likely to have gotten SICKER from Covid. I don't know if there is anything to it or not.
Seems like most of the 20- / 30-something males I know felt pretty shitty for a couple of days and there were ok.
So can't speak for everyone but I had my 3 shots and was not sick for even a second. So 1/1 isn't exactly right.

Didn't get the myocarditis, thank God.
