Let your problems out the door. Processing your personal problems is not appropriate use of work hours.
Rreeeeeeeing at work because of linguistically correct use of pronoun VS your political posturing is inappropriate behavior, to the extent if you keep doing it, you should be fired.
It is also inappropriate outside work, but in a free society, being obnoxious isn't a crime.
That changed, is now "bring your entire self to work".
It is scary how fast it changed from you are not allowed to discuss religion, politics and sports to lets talk about LGBTQ+ and inclusivity. We now have rainbow flags and other flags next to peoples names in the corporate chat and emails about LGBTQ employees or women in leadership that basically just exist and we all must know that. I work in IT.
This has been favorite side-effect of working from home. The only time I have any interaction with group-nonsense is if it's a link on the intranet. And I'd have to click the link to see more about it.
No more balloons, no more signs in the hallways, no more people casually talking about their little freak support-crews, nobody asking you to wear their pointless buttons or attend their mentally ill seminars. With working from home it's all 100% gone. And it's glorious.
Go be crazy at home all you want. Nobody but other crazy people want to participate in this time waste.
