I wish it was DOA but that is just wishful thinking. WOT should have been DOA and I think it is doing great. It could have done a lot better since book fans are pissed but as far as I know it is popular.
This is why I want them to go overboard, as much gay crap, anti-white and anti-male rhetoric they can cram in there.
On somewhat related note, what are POC now? I've seen barely colored guys saying they are POC. I know Eastern Europeans that are darker then some of the recent "POC". And I know asians are POC but I've heard some say that Japanese are not and in some cases even Chinese. Is all so very confusing.
I think it will bomb. Remember, they aren’t adapting a written work, like Jackson did, which is challenge enough on its own.
Do you recall what happened to GoT once they ran out of book material and had to make it up on the fly?
There is very little talent in that industry, and this is Amazon who is running it. Making a good original story is a challenge even in the best of times, and everyone has high expectations for LOTR because they will be judging it by the films that came before.
Couple that with the requirement of having to push a woke agenda, and you have a recipe for disaster.

This LOTR show is going to do so fucking well with the normies and it makes me sick honestly.
I don’t think it will.
Consider - if the normies actually has that power than GoT’s finale season would’ve been a complete success.
