Did marx at one point write about "take over and make mockeries of entertainment"?
It's becoming such a common thing it's on par with "attack cops" in the commie play book. What's the ideological driver of taking over and destroying entertainment franchises?
basic premise:
There are two kinds of people who are represented by Cain and Abel. Abel shuts up, works hard, doesn't bitch, and eventually succeeds. Cain wants to be successful but refuses to do the work and make the sacrifices because ultimately he is afraid that he doesn't measure up. He hates Abel for Abel's success but Cain refuses to humble himself before God/the universe due to Cain's unearned oversized ego. Because Cain believes the universe is unjust it justifies murdering Abel. Marxists are scions of Cain.
short answer:
Marxists are horrible miserable people who believe that if they make everyone else as miserable as they are. Their delusional belief is if they destroy our current society, and the right people (them) are in charge, it will lead to a utopia free from "oppression".
Culture/entertainment creates a shared experience so it reinforces and perpetuates the current "oppressive system". It has to be subverted so that instead of making people happy and bringing people together it makes them pissed off at each other.

longer answer:
read 10s of thousands of pages of awful, retarded, fartsniffing, brainmelting books by 19th/20th century "intellectuals" like Hegel, Marx, the Frankfurt School crew, Gramsci, feminists, negro liberationists, up to modern intersecionalists. Arguably it goes back to Rousseau and his misguided belief that primitive tribes live better than modern civilization.
