Always has been.
I hope so, but I am always wary of new leaders. His ex-wife isn't great either.
I am no fan of electric cars either, but the leadership at Ford, GM, and Chrysler is all terrible.
If he were to make ICE cars, I would be much happier with Tesla.
Edit: Oh, I forgot about Neuralink too. Don't trust that for one second. I have no idea what he is doing with it.
Has Trump taught you nothing? Stop looking for someone to lead you.
Anyways the only place Elon is a leader is in the space industry. Everything he does is one component towards habitation on Mars. Tesla exists because you cannot use ICE's on Mars, SpaceX is to get there, and The Boring Company is to create the habitats. Starlink is to fund it all, as well as create an easy method for communications on Mars. And so on.
Fair enough. I don't want him as a leader, and I am not looking to him as a leader.
So, it is all just Mars stuff. I think that is lame, but he is free to pursue it.
As an aside, where are the water, food, and heat/energy going to come from on Mars? Does the atmosphere of Mars allow for photosynthesis, and does it allow for Vitamin D production for humans? I just know that Mars is cold off the top of my head and that it does not have a breathable atmosphere.
Nuclear reactors, solar panels. Most of the light would be from artificial lighting unless it becomes somehow easier to create & maintain a large aboveground habitat.
Iām also not a fan of electric cars. Just from the point of batteries have a finite number of recharges and the length of time it takes to recharge a battery vs filling a gas tank with gasoline. But Elon made a product that some were demanding and made it nice and attractive. Like if you tell me I have to get an electric car and I have to chose from a Toyota Prius, Chevy volt, mustang Mach e, or a Tesla, Iām picking the Tesla every time.
Musk didnt 'MAKE' tesla, he BOUGHT it.
telsas are great cars if you like having to rent a loaner for months at a time.
theyre great if you like spending +20k for a car with the same trim as a cheaper one.
theyre great if you want to pay 10k for a powerful home charging setup
theyre great if you only have street parking and cant charge in the winter
theyre great if you like increased tread wear compared to other ice
theyre great if you like losing features at 40 degrees.
theyre great if you like paying an extra $400 a year to own a "cheaper" car with reduced "costs"
theyre great if you like a car that has constantly changing UI based on the mood of the crackhead overseeing forced updates for that year, just like MS does with Windows
theyre great if you want mismatched panels, poorly named 'features', and the dumbest userbase of almost any cars (who also happen to worship musk's company as a deity)
oh and also if you like the idea of taking multiple hour breaks on a roadtrip then youd be offered a seat in this 'exclusive' club.
plus a prearranged route on most trips being REQUIRED to make the trip. good luck with any kind of business that isnt in cali or the few tesla supported highways. and thats without the long term maintenance costs that theyre hiding right now šš.
The feminist one, which I think is the most recent one. I don't pay that much attention to know.
I just know that she said some crazy things.
