The city of Ottawa is kind of unjustly suffering here, because they didn't cause the truckers to protest, but they get stuck with the shit end of the stick.
I think the truckers should compensate them somewhat - but in a way, camping in the city and using its amenities and spending money is a way of doing that.
I'm not denying they should be doing it - Ottawa itself didnt make any mandates, but now they have thousands of trucks on their roads. If anything, this is an opportunity to make a lot of money from the truckers, but instead they're being pig-headed.
Shrug I guess P-Cann industries gets to make the money instead of Ottawa, sucks for them.

Compensate like being able to freely make deliveries with out being forced to take some needless experimental shot? I think the truckers would agree.
Protesting for freedom sometimes will suck, gosh it would be better with no freedoms at all. ^commenter above

We live in a democracy. Maybe voters need to learn their votes have consequences for once.
The city of Ottawa can tell the PM and his office to GTFO forever. Oh but then federal $ for the city might disappear.
And what amenities? They refused bathrooms to the truckers, and someone had to truck in a bunch of portapotties.
I wish a 1000 noisy geese their freedom in your ear.
