That's one of the more irritating things coming from the fake health experts. I've been and still am too fat, albeit not even close to land whale ever or even as fat as I've ever been now.
If these health clowns would just promote getting a little fresh air and mild exercise and just try to eat a tiny little bit better it would make a world of difference. Nope, just take your vaccine and mask. Obey and hide inside. Bunch of my family got "alpha" Covid back in late 2020. The fat ones that always complained how tired and all they were got pretty damn sick. I was back out doing my daily neighborhood walks in two days. People kept asking me if I was having breathing trouble, etc. Nope, none. But unlike a lot of them I could also walk a couple flights of stairs without feeling like I was going to die at the top of them.
Honestly, just cutting back on carbs and sugar would go miles to helping people lose weight. I've down 75lbs in less than a year doing that. I've even been regrowing body hair.
